Late Cancellation
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total service price.
No-Show
Clients who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To avoid any charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance via our online booking system or by calling us directly at +1 (415) 718-2196.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your case individually. We value long-term client relationships and apply this policy fairly.
Deposits & Prepayment
Some services or peak-time appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is fully applied toward your service and is refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
15+ Minutes Late
If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your service may be adjusted to a shortened format, modified, or rescheduled entirely — at the discretion of your technician — in order to respect the appointments of other clients.
We dedicate our full attention and time to every client. Late arrivals impact not only your service quality but also the experience of the clients scheduled after you. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and notify us in advance if you're running behind.
If you arrive late and your service must be shortened, the full service price will still apply unless we are unable to provide the service at all — in which case a rescheduling fee may apply.

Technician Cancellation
Our Commitment to You
If a technician cancels your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your next visit will receive a 40% discount as our apology for the inconvenience.
We hold our team to the same high standards we expect from our clients. In the rare event that a technician is unable to fulfill your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will:
- Notify you immediately by phone and/or text
- Offer to reschedule with a technician of equal or higher level
- Apply a 40% discount to your next completed visit as compensation
If more than 24 hours' notice is given by the salon, we will offer a priority rescheduling but the discount will not apply.
